Avvita will present at MIOF a novelty from Rodenstock - ColorMatic® Dark - photochromic lenses designed for comfortable vision in all conditions.

The lenses by Rodenstock are extra-dark photochromic (self-tinting) lenses designed to react to both visible light and UV rays. ColorMatic® Dark filters up to 95 % more blue-violet light indoors and up to 260 % outdoors vs a clear lens. Unlike traditional photochromic lenses that require direct UV light, these activate behind a car windscreen using a visible light dye (VLS) system. Engineered to perform consistently in warmer climates up to 35°C, where standard photochromic lenses often lose efficiency.
