ITigris introduced a complex analytical system for opticians’ and updated Optima Market software

ITigris (Saint Petersburg), one of the leading Russian developers of IT solutions for optics salons, is actively developing data procession. Since 2009 they have been developing high-tech, cost-effective, and custom software to make our clients (optical stores) businesses grow. A comprehensive analytical system for players of the optical market was developed and implemented in the past year: a bi-platform and regular market reviews. This achievement is nominated for the Golden Lorgnette award in the Debut of the Year nomination.
ITigris specializes in software development for the eyewear market. Optima, their main solution, which covers all the basic needs of optical business, simplifies the work of salespeople and ophthalmologists, and allows you to get reports and analytics in real time, is a modern automation system for optical retailers provided by the SaaS model. More than 150 optical stores worldwide operate with Optima. The company is a Russian Optical Association member and the association recommends Optima as an automation system for opticians. ITigris Optima Users Training System — The ITigris Academy was awarded the title Recommended by the Optical Association. ITigris and ESSILOR Amera signed the software license agreement, enabling ESSILOR to distribute Optima to opticians in the region and the special version of ITigris Optima to ESSILOR partner optical distributors.
The company is the developer and operator of the Alcon web-ordering system, with the help of which all opticians in Russia place, and all Alcon distributors accept orders. The project was awarded the Alcon Vision Care Award.
ITigris provides regular market reviews and provides electronic data interchange with the leading suppliers of optical products in the Russian market. Users of ITigris Optima have an up-to-date list of suppliers goods and can directly order the goods from the system and register supplies with one-click.
Besides ITigris has updated the Optima Market software. The project was nominated for the Golden Lorgnette Award in the Innovation of the Year category.
The project was released in October 2021. HOYA became the partner of the project. HOYA is ranked among the TOP-3 world manufacturers of spectacle lenses. Ready price lists and nomenclature of HOYA/Maxxee spectacle lenses were formed within the frames of the project.
Automation of the full order cycle will be available for other categories of goods in future.
