The first optical salon Master Zreniya was opened in 2016. Today the regional optical chain comptises 21 salons and the turnouver makes more than 100 million roubles.
The chain is a key partner of many Russian and foreign suppliers. So, for example, in 2021, the growth in sales of Alcon products amounted to 215%.
The Master Zreniya company has its own workshops where glasses of any complexity are made on automated equipment. An established logistics system allows you to quickly deliver an order to any optics salon. The optical network has its own system of training and adaptation of employees, which is reflected on the internal corporate site. Each employee of the company has the opportunity to test their knowledge in the field of optometry, sales and psychology.
Master Zreniya is a sponsor of regional music projects and beauty contests. Annually, chain stores hold competitions and grant gifts to customers.
