SOLO is on the short list for the Golden Lorgnette Award in the Salon of the Year nomination

VIII Awarding ceremony for the winners of Golden Lorgnette Award in the optical industry for achievements in the field of new technologies promotion, sight protection and professional service of the population will be held February 22, 2022 within the frames of the 30th Moscow International Optical Fair MIOF

14 companies from 9 cities reached the final of the competition in 9 nominations: Vidnoye, Moscow Region; Vladimir; Krasnoyarsk; Moscow; Nizhny Novgorod; Rostov-on-Don; St. Petersburg; Ufa; Chelyabinsk.

Not only industry veterans are testing more often their achievements in the competition (New Line, Moscow; Cronos Optika, Nizhny Novgorod; Arnika, Ufa; Optic Center, Chelyabinsk), but also small or young companies (SOLO salon, Vidnoye; Iris Optica, Rostov-on-Don; chain of optics stores Master Zreniya Optika, Ufa).

We start presentation of nominees for the Golden Lorgnette award. The first company we would like to tell about is SOLO (Vidnoye, the Moscow region) which is on the short list for the Golden Lorgnette Award in the Salon of the Year nomination.


SOLO optics salon began its work on February 15, 2019. The abbreviation "SOLO" stands for Elena Oleiniks Salon of Optics. At the time of the opening of the salon, Elena had more than 9 years of experience in the optical industry behind.

SOLO is not just an optical store but a genuine salon with a full functionality: a room for working with customers, an optometrist's office and own workshop. The company employs only qualified personnel with special education and valid certificates. Staff members regularly attend courses of advances vocational training and each of them has more than 10 years of experience in optics.


In 2022 the company will celebrate 3 years. During this short period the salon became one of the best salons in the city combining high-quality service, skill and enthusiasm of the staff. The team's professionalism and special attitude towards clients helped to secure their love, faith and loyalty: more than 50% of the clients are loyal SOLO customers.

Since 2020 the company has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been active in the life of the city.
