Novaya Liniya: social networks as a communications platform

Novaya Liniya nominated the project Development of Instagram Account as a Platform for Implementation of Business Communications for the Golden Lorgnette Award in the Marketing project of the Year category.


Since March 2021 Novaya Liniya has been implementing a project which is unique for the Russian optics market. The company's specialists decided to use social networks as a platform for communications with business audiences and customers. Instagram was chosen because it offers many opportunities to implement effective communications: targeted advertising, collaborations, live broadcasts and draws.

After six months of active work to promote the Novaya Liniya business account on Instagram they managed to increase the coverage of the audience of posts by 123%. Audience coverage for the month grew by 1,223.7%, and in Stories amounted to + 39,865.
